Complete System: Our complete system includes everything needed for the branch wiring phase of your project’s electrical installation. It includes our patented, UL Listed Rough-in Ready Universal Bracket, wiring device, MC Cable and protection plate. All MC Cable lengths and plaster ring depths will have been determined by our engineering department and every assembly will have been sequentially numbered to match the drawing that is provided for easy installation.

Cable Ready Assemblies: Our Cable Ready assemblies can also be provided with a sequentially numbered drawing or they can be ordered ala cart. Our less cable assemblies include the Rough-in Ready Universal Bracket, wiring device, plaster ring and protection plate. As in the Complete System, our designers can determine plaster ring depth and provide a numbered drawing for ease of installation. Or, if preferred, you can order the assemblies with whatever plaster ring depth you need and numbering can be provided to match your design criteria.

Modular Assemblies: Our Modular Assemblies are comprised of wiring devices with pigtails mounted on plaster rings, or precut cable whips with connectors. These item are order ala cart and will not go though our engineering department unless it's part of a full system bid.

Universal Mounting Bracket: Our Universal Mounting Brackets are sold individually for use in your own prefabrication process. You can also add a Raco 4” square standard (1-1/2”) or deep (2-1/8”) box with ground pigtail and any depth plaster ring. All of our brackets come with the first mean of support built in (this built in support feature itself can produce a $1.50 to $2.00 savings over conventional field support methods). Our brackets have built in far side supports that will accommodate wall depths from 2.5” to 6” deep. We have also designed our bracket with an integral box attachment means that allows for the box and bracket to remain securely together while the plaster ring is removed. This makes it possible to make field terminations in the box without the need to reassemble the box and bracket. Our Universal Brackets are designed to save time and money, and any contractor producing their own prefabricated assemblies could enhance their savings by utilizing our brackets in their assemblies.

Deck Hangers: Our Deck Hanger was designed to be used for both High and Low bay lighting installations. After attaching the Deck Hanger to the roof deck, with four self-tapping screws, the fixture hook is put through the hole and safety chain attached. The installation is now complete. This product is designed to replace the conventional mounted method which would have included an expensive, and labor intensive, strut system. It can also be used to mount just about anything that you need to suspend from the roof decking.

CS1 & CS2 Cable Supports: Our Cable Support Brackets can be used in various ways to manage cable. They come in 16” (CS1) and 24” (CS2) they will hold up to a 10/4 mc cable and can be mounted various ways to meet your specific job conditions.
