Our Process

Step 1: Request for Quote


Send us all pertinent information about the project (Electrical PDFs, Architectural PDFs, Specs, etc.). We ask for 5-7 business days to have the quote returned to you, so please let us know when you need the quote back.

Step 2: Design


Once you have determined that you want to move forward with the Rough-in Ready project, send us a PO and the Electrical AutoCAD and/or Revit drawings. Once we have all of the necessary documents, the project will be turned over to a designer who will be in contact with you. We ask for 2 weeks to have designed drawings back to you for your approval. With the approval, we would also like to know the project schedule as well as your release schedule.

Step 3: Production


Once the designed drawings are approved, the project will move to production. We ask for 2 weeks to have a shipment on site. We prefer to build to the shipment so that any changes that are needed can be made during the build in production as opposed to after the fact.

Step 4: Install


Product will arrive on site on clearly marked skids. Please let us know if you have requirements for skid sizes. Please note if there are any changes that will need to be made for future shipments. Any needed changes can be forwarded to the designer assigned to the project and the changes will be implemented for all future shipments.
